Masthead Brewing’s Mission
Established in 2017, Masthead Brewing Company, moved into the historic Bryant Building in downtown Cleveland, which was originally built in 1921 as an automotive dealership.
The brewery was founded by friends Mike Pelechaty, Frank Luther, and Matt Slife. The name "Masthead" is inspired by Cleveland's history, referencing the story of how the city's name was shortened to fit on a newspaper's masthead.
Masthead Brewing Company is renowned for its ever-evolving lineup of juicy New England IPAs, GABF gold medal-winning beers, and a Neapolitan-style pizza kitchen.
The brewery's mission is to create an open and welcoming atmosphere that brings together people from all walks of life, reminiscent of large German beer halls.
Masthead Brewing Company continues to be a destination for quality food and drinks in a relaxed environment.
